What an excellent notion! I was just pondering what to make tonight and have now decided a frittata will do the trick nicely and quickly.

OK, I know this is a dumb question, but what is fried bacon and sausage? I assume it's just normal bacon and sausage cooked in a fry pan.

No good southern boy would do that to grits!!!

Now...shrimp is a different story all together! That is some mighty fine eatin' right there.

Agree 100%. Only thing I add to grits is butter and / or cheese.

I rather like grits & salmon. Though I haven't had 'em in since I was a kid. Since Rudio brought it up, I may try 'em again.

Grits & shrimp are good too.

My fav way of having 'em is: Grits, a big pat of butter, two eggs over easy, crumble some bacon over 'em, add a little diced jalapeno, salt & pepper, some shakes of Tabasco on top & have a few cold slices of mater on the side. YUMMM!
